The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is seeking innovative concepts, technological innovations, prototype demonstrations, and scientific breakthroughs to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of all Missile Defense System elements. The solicitation is open for a period of five years, and white papers will be accepted at any time during this period. The MDA is interested in a wide range of topics, including kinetic and hypersonic defense, command and control battle management, integrated non-kinetic and electronic warfare, disruptive technologies, space-based sensors, interceptors, and effectors, digital revolution, and radiation effects on electronic devices and systems. • The MDA is looking for innovative concepts that can significantly enhance the Missile Defense System. • The solicitation is open to all qualified offerors, including private industry, commercial and non-traditional defense contractors, domestic accredited colleges and universities, and non-profit organizations. • The MDA reserves the right to select all, some, or none of the responses submitted to this solicitation. • The period of performance should be commensurate with the proposed technical approach, and the MDA is interested in the rapid development of cutting-edge, disruptive technologies.
