Description:
Clackamas County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide guidance to all coalition activities, including leading regular coalition meetings, overseeing the implementation of the strategic work plan, and working with community partners to realize the Canby Prevention Coalition's mission of a healthy, substance-free environment. The successful Proposer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities associated with the coalition, providing general oversight for coalition activities and associated projects, grant development, state and national reporting, and technical assistance to local and regional coalitions and partnerships. The Proposer should have experience working with diverse stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships, and identifying community needs. The scope of work includes hosting coalition meetings, monthly check-ins with lead agency staff, monthly progress reports, online CPC updates, quarterly City Council updates, and quarterly School Board presentations.
