Project DescriptionContractors shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the Illinois State University Bone Student Center Parking Lot project. This project will have multiple prime contracts including a General Construction Contract and an Electrical Contract. Work to include but is not limited to the removal and replacement of existing asphalt and concrete in the parking areas, drop off areas, modified parking entrances, landscaping and pedestrian paving updates, lighting replacement, restriping, addition of new parking controls and all associated data and electrical work, and new vehicle entrance including canopies and pre-fabricated booth. Refer to Division 01 for the technical specifications for a complete, detailed breakdown of the contractor specific base bids for this project. Initial parking lot completion for owner operation shall be by August 8, 2025. Substantial project completion shall be subsequently scheduled for October 30, 2025.
