The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking an Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firm to provide professional planning and design services for the redevelopment of the Benning Road Transfer Station Campus. The A/E firm will be responsible for developing a Campus Site Master Plan, construction documents, and providing construction administration services. The project requires the A/E firm to work closely with DGS staff, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. The scope of work includes existing conditions analysis, concept development, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
