The St. Johns County - Purchasing Department is seeking a supplier to install a new well and pump at 2595 Old Moultrie Road, St. Augustine, Florida. The scope of work includes installing a new well roughly 100 feet below ground, a 1.5-2 HP motor, a 2 HP Liquid End pump, and miscellaneous parts. The supplier is responsible for providing all licenses, permits, and insurance, as well as any damages to existing structures caused during the work. The project work hours are limited to weekdays only, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EDST. • The supplier must provide all licenses, permits, and insurance as required. • The supplier is responsible for any and all locates as required. • The supplier must provide all freight to the site and lifting/rigging equipment for off-loading and setting of all pieces. • The supplier is responsible for any damages to existing structures caused during the work and shall repair or replace as necessary, at no additional cost to the County.
