The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and warranty services for automated probe systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for two autoprober systems, including preventative maintenance visits, repairs, and replacement of parts. The contractor must have the capability to provide these services, as the Government has determined that only one responsible source, MPI America Inc., can provide the required maintenance and warranty. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 25, 2025, to July 24, 2026. • The contractor must provide technical support and maintenance for the 4-arm and 2-arm autoprober systems. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance visits, repairs, and replacement of parts. • The contractor must comply with NIST's safety, security, and identification requirements. • The contractor must register their vehicles with the NIST Security Office to gain access to the campus.
