The County of Contra Costa is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Enterprise Private Cloud Disaster Recovery Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing a secondary data center that will serve as a Disaster Recovery (DR) site, replicating the County's primary data center design. The vendor will need to provide Cisco UCS servers, VMware virtualization, Pure Storage systems, and an enterprise backup solution. The project includes planning and design, hardware installation and configuration, virtualization platform setup, storage and backup integration, testing and validation, documentation and knowledge transfer, and escalated support period. The contract term will be for three years with the option for two additional one-year extensions. • The vendor must have at least five years of experience in providing Enterprise Private Cloud Disaster Recovery Services. • The vendor must adhere to all current applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and ordinances. • The vendor must acquire all required products from an authorized reseller. • The vendor must have enough staff to carry out the project on time. • The vendor must provide references for at least three similar implementations in the past five years.
