Description:
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking a contractor to provide End User Devices (EUDs) for use by NATO Deployed CIS Support Teams. The EUDs will include laptops, printers, VoIP, projectors, VTC, keyboards, mice, KVM, and monitors. The contractor will be required to procure and install Viasat DARC-SSD 600 into laptops earmarked as NATO Mission Secret (MS) or NATO Secret (NS). All NS and MS equipment and peripherals are required to be certified at TEMPEST Level B. The contract is expected to start in Q4-2026 and end in Q2-2028. • The contractor must maintain a professionally active facility within the United States. • The contractor must be pre-approved for participation in NATO International Competitive Bidding (ICB). • The contractor must be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the Department of Commerce (DOC). • The contractor must register with NCIA's eProcurement tool, Neo. • The contractor personnel will be required to work unescorted in Class II Security areas.
