Description:
The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a web-based data system to track participant data for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) and the Illinois WISEWOMAN Program (IWP). The system should be able to collect and maintain data, generate reports, and provide data extracts compatible with CDC's MDE edit tool. The system should also have a help desk for users needing assistance. • The system should be able to adapt to fluctuations in participant service volumes and changes in reporting requirements. • The system should be able to capture, summarize, and generate reports based on required input elements. • The system should be able to integrate historical IBCCP and IWP program data into the new system. • The system should be able to provide data extracts compatible with CDC's MDE edit tool. • The system should have a help desk for users needing assistance. • The system should meet all mandatory product requirements as outlined in the Request for Proposal and its appendices.
