The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from contractors who can provide Certified Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists services at the Northport VA Medical Center in Northport, NY. The contractor shall provide radiologic technologists who are competent, qualified, and adequately trained to perform assigned duties, including general radiography, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance technologist (MR) services. The contractor shall provide coverage to the VA during periods of vacancies of the contractor’s personnel due to sick leave, personal leave, vacations, and additional coverage as required. Key personnel shall include a minimum of 3.0 full-time equivalents (FTE) of certified radiologic technologists and/or technicians on site 5 days per week. The contractor shall comply with all reporting requirements established by the contract and provide a contingency plan to ensure continuity of care. • The contractor shall provide certified diagnostic radiologic technologists who meet the qualifications, experience, and expertise required by the VA. • The contractor shall provide coverage to the VA during periods of vacancies of the contractor’s personnel due to sick leave, personal leave, vacations, and additional coverage as required. • The contractor shall comply with all reporting requirements established by the contract. • The contractor shall provide a contingency plan to ensure continuity of care. • The contractor shall provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances necessitating any proposed substitutions of key personnel. • The contractor shall provide complete resumes for proposed substitutes and any additional information requested by the contracting officer.
