The San Bernardino County is seeking bids for the provision of pre-printed check (County warrant) stock and receipt books. The successful vendor will be required to provide pre-printed warrant stock, including security/background printing and static pre-printed content, to fulfill the needs of the Auditor/Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) and Human Services Departments. The estimated annual usage is 289,000 for Human Services and 160,000 for ATC. Key points to consider include: • The vendor must provide pre-printed warrant stock with security features such as 2-color void pantograph, microprint, and thermal chromatic ink. • The vendor must provide a preproduction proof of the background stock for each warrant stock type (ATC and HS) for approval by the County prior to production. • The vendor must shred all finished waste paper and/or film product from production of all County warrants not secured. • The County requires that the vendor provide 20 test sheets of each warrant stock type (ATC and HS) for County and bank testing prior to full production.
