Bid Banana will occasionally post private opportunities on behalf of The Bid Lab’s Bid Builder clients (with client permission). In addition, agencies and companies in our network can reach out to us if they’d like to publish private opportunities directly to our platform.

The majority of bids on our portal are sourced; exact percentages will vary depending on the number and frequency of uploads.

At the time of this posting, we have over 1.6 million total bids on our search engine! This number is always changing because the number of opportunities fluctuates with agencies’ needs; we add new opportunities daily as they are released.

Yes, you will always be notified of maintenance. Typically, we run maintenance on our portal during off-hours to minimize disruption.

We update Bid Banana’s search engine on a nightly basis! We add new bids and update existing bids as details change or as agencies issue new addenda. In addition, we’re always adding and refining our features and filters.

Bid Banana was built to bring bidding opportunities to small and medium-sized businesses. We believe that bids should be accessible to all, not just huge corporations able to pay thousands of dollars.

Cancel at any time. If a subscriber cancels during the monthly period, the remaining portion of the fee will not be refunded. Your membership remains fully active until the upcoming due date of your account.

Yes, we provide a 7-day free trial upon initial signup. You’ll need to create a Bid Banana account first. To activate your trial period, you’ll need to add a payment method (either a credit card or account information). Upon the expiration of your trial, your account will automatically renew at the regular subscription price.

Bid Banana users who choose an annual subscription plan enjoy 20% total savings. Any clients from The Bid Lab who complete and submit a proposal through The Bid Lab’s Bid Manager services will receive a complimentary 3-month subscription to Bid Banana. Bid Banana does not offer any other discounts at this time.

Bid Banana’s support portal provides access to a 24/7 AI assistant (trained directly on our support documentation), a library of help articles, and a support ticket system.
