This contract calls for the design‑build installation of approximately 2,500 ft of 24‑in. HDPE storm‑drain pipe, associated manholes, a confluence structure, and all related site work at the Holland Road corridor of Diamond Valley Lake. The contractor must provide full civil‑construction services, including demolition, earthwork, concrete, pipe installation, and final testing, while complying with California prevailing‑wage, SBE/DVBE participation (minimum 25 %), and required performance and payment bonds. The project is funded by the Metropolitan Water District and is expected to be completed within 180 working days after mobilization.
