The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking potential small businesses to support the Audit Management System (AMS) and Provider Statistical & Reimbursement (PS&R) change management system. The work includes maintaining and enhancing the AMS to track, resolve, and report audit program activities. The contractor will provide support for internal and external audits, security assessments, and incident response. They will also maintain security documentation, provide user training, and develop procedures for deliverables. • Support agency staff with internal and external audits and reviews • Maintain security documentation and sustain Authorization to Operate (ATO) • Assist with system support and ensure system functionality • Provide administrative support for the ServiceNow platform • Develop and maintain a schedule of prioritized enhancement releases • Design a detailed test plan for changes to the ServiceNow environment • Maintain and update data dictionaries and user guides • Provide user training and overviews • Develop procedures for deliverable quality
