Description:
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) is seeking information from potential vendors for a contract to provide Information Monitoring and Protection Services support. The services will be provided at the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) in Jacksonville, FL, and a remote site in Salt Lake City, UT. The contractor will be required to provide a Site Security Manager (SSM) and Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to oversee construction security and monitoring programs. The contractor must also provide a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TEMPEST and Acoustical testing. The SME must have experience in RF shielding effectiveness testing and acoustic testing. The contractor must also comply with ICD-705 and IEEE-299 standards. • The contractor must have experience in providing SSM support and RF shielding effectiveness testing • The contractor must have a SME with experience in TEMPEST and Acoustical testing • The contractor must comply with ICD-705 and IEEE-299 standards • The contractor must have a minimum security clearance of Top Secret • The contractor must have experience in construction security and monitoring programs
