The United States Navy is soliciting quotations for a thrust collar. The solicitation includes various technical requirements and documentation, such as the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) and Military Specifications. The contractor must comply with the specified revisions of the documents cited in the IRPOD and obtain written approval for any deviations. The contractor is also responsible for providing and maintaining an inspection system acceptable to the Government. • The thrust collar must meet the requirements specified in the IRPOD and other cited documents. • The contractor must provide a complete package of all applicable Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection. • The package must be submitted per the contract delivery schedule, and authorization to ship material must be obtained from the PCO. • A separate package will be prepared and submitted for each unique combination of Contract Number, National Stock Number, and Item Nomenclature specified in the schedule of supplies/services.
