The Hennepin County Facility Services is seeking a contractor to provide roof inspections, repair, and installation services at various County facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing roof inspections, repair, and installation services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a base period of three years from the date of award. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing roof inspections, repair, and installation services. • The contractor must provide all necessary trained and certified labor, permits, parts, and materials. • The contractor must perform all work in compliance with OSHA safety standards, industry best practices, and all applicable Federal, State, and Local codes, laws, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a written inspection report to the County upon completion of each inspection. • The contractor must determine whether a roof warranty is in effect and review the terms and conditions of the warranty before commencing any work.
