Description:
The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) is seeking sources for rations and raw subsistence to be delivered to various locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract will be a single-award, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a 12-month base ordering period and options for extension. The contractor will be required to deliver raw subsistence and meal kits to multiple locations, with the highest volume required during Annual Training (AT) periods. • The contractor must be able to meet multiple requirements of raw subsistence and meal kits to various locations throughout the contract period. • The contractor must have a distribution center and suppliers in place to support the contract. • The contractor must be able to provide delivery teams and notice prior to delivery for ordering, packaging, and delivery to occur. • The contractor must be able to support the VAARNG's training schedule, including Inactive Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), and training at the VAARNG Regional Training Institute (RTI).
