The State of South Carolina is soliciting a fixed-price bid for Transitional Housing Services (THS) and Transitional Housing Services with Programming (THS-P) for male and female individuals under active supervision with the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS). The selected providers will offer temporary housing to offenders while they pursue long-term goals of securing permanent housing. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options. The maximum contract life is five years.
