The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking bids for Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services. This solicitation is being conducted under the authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road. Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services" during the prequalification process having an MSA agreement are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ). • The services include paving and resurfacing of highways and roads. • The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-0000034480 and the RFQC 48400-410-0000033480. • The Department reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, and to reject any or all bids. • The contract is for the fiscal year 2026.
