The project includes all design and construction necessary to modernize the space, improve the customer experience, and replace outdated equipment, refresh exterior areas, ITT Center, Library, Gaming area, Brewhouse, along with food storage, meeting rooms, offices, and restrooms as described herein. The available funds for design and construction of the facility is $4,400,000.00. Proposals exceeding the budget amount may be determined unacceptable.
