The City of Pleasanton is seeking a geologic/geotechnical engineering consultant to provide observation, GIS mapping, and recommendation services for four existing Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts (GHADs) within the community. The term of the contract will be five years, beginning on July 1, 2025, and extending until June 30, 2030. The selected consultant will provide core services, including yearly visits to each GHAD, ad hoc visits after significant storm events, written and photographic documentation, GIS mapping, and specialized advice. The consultant will also provide project management and administration services. • The consultant will document the condition and performance of slope stabilization measures. • The consultant will provide GIS data in a format compatible with the City's existing ESRI ArcGIS platform. • The consultant will provide printed or online reports, including maps, attribute tables, and photographs. • The consultant will provide specialized advice and recommendations for observed deficiencies. • The consultant will participate in project meetings and provide project management and administration services.
