The Judson Independent School District is seeking multiple vendors to provide general products and services to the District. The contract will commence upon execution and end on September 30, 2029. Key considerations for the proposal include purchase price, reputation of vendor, quality of goods and services, and ability for the District to comply with rules related to historically underutilized businesses. • The vendor must provide general products and services to the District, including but not limited to: • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Adherence to the District's standards and specifications • Provision of a catalog or price list • Compliance with the District's purchasing policies and procedures • Ability to provide products and services in a timely and efficient manner • Quality of goods and services • Ability to meet the District's needs • Vendor's past relationship with the District • Total long-term cost to the District • Principal place of business • Quality and completeness of proposal
