Description:
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotations for the repair of antennas for their HC-27J aircraft. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Chelton Limited, but all responsible sources may submit a quotation. The contractor must provide proof of current FAA certification and repair the parts in accordance with the latest revision of the OEM Component Maintenance Manual. The contractor must also provide a Certificate of Conformance and ensure that the supplies are delivered to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center within 90 days of receipt of the order. * The contract requires the repair of two types of antennas: * Antenna with National Stock Number 5985-01-582-3944 and Part Number 12-190-6/1P24, with a quantity of 4 each * Antenna with National Stock Number 5985-99-549-9067 and Part Number 19-430-10N, with a quantity of 2 each * The contractor must also provide pricing and delivery information, and ensure that the supplies are packaged and shipped in accordance with the contract requirements.
