The Paulding County Department of Finance is seeking bids for the FY 2025 Paulding County Right of Way Vertical Mowing Contract II (re-bid). The project involves performing vertical mowing and trimming along both sides of the road to the edge of the right of way and vertically up to 25 feet of all trees and tree branches that are encroaching or are a threat to encroach from the sides of the R/W onto the travel ways. The project length is 80 miles of various County roads. • The contractor must provide valid proof of insurance, a list of three references, and be able to bond 100% of the cost of the submitted bid. • The contractor must also provide a list of equipment that will be utilized to commence and complete the Vertical Mowing. • Project completion is three months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement.
