The State of Connecticut is seeking a Vulnerability and Penetration Testing Security Consultant to provide security testing services. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting vulnerability and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses in the state's computer systems and networks. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, network penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits. The contractor will be expected to provide a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations for remediation. • The contractor must have experience in conducting vulnerability and penetration testing for large-scale computer systems and networks. • The contractor must have a strong understanding of security testing methodologies and tools. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations for remediation. • The contractor must be able to conduct testing in a controlled environment to minimize disruption to state operations.
