The Candler County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide repair, restoration, and limited replacement services for multiple interior areas of the Candler County Courthouse. The scope of work includes various interior repairs and improvements. Proposals must be submitted in hardcopy and include itemized pricing, contractor qualifications, licenses, relevant experience, warranty information, and identification of subcontractors. • The proposal must be delivered to the offices of the County on or before 5:00 PM, March 4, 2026. • Electronic submissions will not be accepted. • The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, accept proposals in whole or in part, to waive technicalities, and to make awards in the best interest of the County. • A site visit can be scheduled by contacting Rebecca Loveall.
