The City of Tampa is seeking bids for Asset Inspection Tags for use by various departments. The tags will be used to record inspection information, and the successful bidder will be required to provide the tags on an "as needed, when needed basis" during the life of the award. The award period will be for one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The City reserves the right to inspect the bidder's place of business and equipment prior to awarding the contract. • The tags must be currently in production and of the manufacturer's standard or better quality. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, codes, and ordinances. • The bidder must provide a warranty for the materials supplied and guarantee that they are free from defects for a minimum period of 365 days. • The City reserves the right to cancel or reject any and/or all bids, or to waive any irregularities and accept the bid that is the lowest and best.
