The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking bids for the procurement of three Quadient DS-1200 "G4i" 4-Station Folder Inserter Systems, one Automated Insertion Management System (AIMS-500 Base Station), and annual maintenance for the inserter systems and base station. The contract term will be five years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The successful vendor will be required to provide maintenance services, including preventative maintenance and repair, and to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. • The contract requires the vendor to provide a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report State Hosted Solutions (VRAR) at offer submission. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to security, accessibility, and data classification. • The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty within two business days of request. • The vendor must ensure that all deliverables and services are provided in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. • The vendor must cooperate with the state and the Supplier Manager to mitigate and correct any security breach.
