The Army is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for two locations in Nevada. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the services. The period of performance will start on May 1, 2026, and will last for 12 months, with four 12-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services. • The contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials. • The contractor will be required to supervise and manage all personnel providing the services.
