The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to perform maintenance dredging of the Hudson River Federal Navigation Project. The project involves removing approximately 10,000 cubic yards of critical shoals from the Troy Lock & Dock dredging area to a depth of -14 feet COE Datum River Datum. The dredged material will be transported and placed into a New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation (DEC) approved contractor-provided upland dredge material placement site. The contractor will also be required to provide a suitable upland placement site for dredged material disposal. • The project is located in Troy, New York. • The magnitude of the project is estimated to cost between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. • The project requires the collection and use of Past Performance Information (PPI) in acquiring best-value goods and services. • The contractor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) to access the solicitation and amendments.
