The Collier County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a vendor to provide concession services at Tigertail Beach. The vendor will be responsible for providing food and beverage sales operations, beach rentals, and other related services. The concession operation will be open seven days a week, including holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to sunset. The vendor must demonstrate their ability to fulfill the requirements listed in the scope of work and must be committed to ecologically sensitive operations. • The concession services will include food and beverage sales, rental of umbrellas, paddleboards, cabanas, beach chairs, and sales of beach-related sundries. • The vendor must provide a diverse menu of high-quality food and beverages and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. • The vendor will be responsible for maintaining sanitary, neat, and safe facilities and orderly operations at all times. • The vendor must have experience in providing food services at similar facilities and must demonstrate their ability to meet the needs of park visitors. • The vendor must comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and health standards.
