Description:
The City of Aurora is seeking a partner to provide a modern, highly resilient Public Safety Dispatch Recording and Multimedia Logging System. This system will maintain discrete recordings of incident-initiation calls between the public, APD dispatchers, and first responders, and will require seamless linkage to Aurora's Records Management System for organization and retrieval. The selected partner will provide a turnkey system encompassing software, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and assistance with linking this system to Aurora's other public safety technologies. Key functionalities of the desired system include omni-channel capture, Microsoft Single-Sign On, modern web-based portal, incident reconstruction, CJIS compliance, search and retrieval, and export. The City envisions a 3-year contract with two optional additional years. • The system must be able to integrate with Mark43 CAD/RMS and Evidence.com. • The system must provide a definitive "single source of truth" for every emergency event. • The system must be able to reconstruct complex, multi-channel incidents for training, legal discovery, and quality improvement. • The system must be able to eliminate data silos and reduce the administrative burden of manual file retrieval. • The system must be able to ensure a defensible, chronological record of all emergency communications accessible directly from the incident record.
