The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking vendors who can provide Electroencephalography (EEG) systems and components that meet specific salient characteristics. The VA intends to award a Requirements Contract with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) orders for the equipment. Vendors must provide descriptive literature demonstrating that their products meet or exceed the specified salient characteristics. The scope of work includes providing EEG systems and components for use in various medical settings, including outpatient labs, inpatient wards, and ICU settings. The contract is expected to have a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Some of the key features required for the EEG systems include: • Capability to perform EEG (Routine) assessments by acquiring and recording data • Fully wireless in-home care (Ambulatory) configuration option • Polysomnography (PSG) package option to perform a full sleep study • EEG analysis software • Seizure and Spike/Burst Detection • Remote viewing capabilities • Continuous audio and video (with infrared) data recording capability for assessments greater than two hours (Long Term) • Minimum of 32 channels • Electromagnetic Emissions IEC 60601-2 compliant • Extended service and support plan option • Minimum one-year Warranty • FDA or 501(K) approved
