Oakland University is seeking a preferred supplier for campus signage fabrication and installation services. The initial term of the contract will be 3 years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The supplier will provide a quote for approval based on the award unit pricing and generate submittals for OU's approval prior to fabrication. The scope of work can range from one sign for replacement to all signage for capital improvement projects. The supplier must provide experienced, qualified, and capable personnel to perform the functions and responsibilities outlined in the scope of services. Key requirements include: • Organizational data demonstrating the size, scope, and capability of the company to handle the University's specific requirements • Description of the supplier's experience with different size projects • References from three organizations for which similar services have been performed in the last five years • A signed copy of the RFP indicating the supplier agrees to the RFP in its entirety, including Oakland University's Terms and Conditions • Schedule A - Addendum Acknowledgement • Schedule B - Insurance Acknowledgement • Schedule C - Cost Proposal in Excel format
