Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving proposals until 2:00 PM local time on March 14, to procure a Service Contract to maintain parking lot and driveway pavement of all City Buildings. The City of Columbus (Finance and Management Division) maintains over 100 buildings with all types of concrete and asphalt parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, etc. The primary objective of the Pavement Maintenance Program is to ensure the longevity, structural integrity, and optimal performance of the pavement systems. This program is intended to proactively identify and address potential issues, prevent damage, and extend the lifespan of the pavement.
