• Grant program offering up to one-third of laboratory space fit-out or building costs, with maximum funding of $70/sq.ft. for up to 50,000 sq.ft. • Only laboratory space is eligible (excludes offices, common areas, warehouse space) • Key eligibility requirements: - Must be scaling/commercializing R&D - Must demonstrate financial stability - Must create full-time, quality jobs - Must commit to 5-year minimum occupancy - Must have property ownership or letter of intent to lease - Must maintain good standing in Delaware - Must have required business/professional licenses • Priority given to: - Wet-lab oriented industries (advanced materials, chemistry, biotechnology) - Market segments with near and long-term job growth potential • Program aims to address laboratory space shortage in Delaware and attract/retain innovative companies • Funds disbursed upon grant agreement execution; ongoing reporting and spending requirements apply
