The Head Start of Greater Dallas, Inc. is seeking bids for the delivery of milk and dairy products to multiple agency locations in Dallas County, Texas. The successful bidder will be required to provide unflavored, low-fat or skim white milk, and unflavored, whole white milk, that meets the specified guidelines. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four optional one-year extensions, for a total possible duration of five years. The bidder must have adequate financial resources, a satisfactory record of performance, and a satisfactory record of integrity and ethics. The bidder must also provide a list of at least five local references where similar services have been provided. • The bidder must have the ability to make inside deliveries to multiple locations. • The bidder must have a plan in place for emergency deliveries. • The bidder must provide a price guide for all line items, including prices without equipment and with equipment, if applicable. • The bidder must have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance, if applicable. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
