Description:
The California Air Resources Board is seeking a contractor to evaluate the impacts of changing fuel specifications in California, as well as exploring the development of a western region fuel specification. The contractor will be responsible for identifying the current fuel specifications in the West Coast region, analyzing the potential impacts of harmonizing these specifications, and providing recommendations for a new fuel specification.
