The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking information regarding commercially available solutions capable of providing real-time detection, analysis, and alerting of emerging risks and critical events derived from publicly available data sources. The solution should be able to ingest publicly available web, news, blogs, and forums, as well as social media platforms and multimedia content. It should also have advanced AI/ML models, including domain-specific models and large language models, and be able to provide real-time or near-real-time alerting with minimal latency. The solution should also have configurable alert thresholds and geospatial filtering, and be able to integrate with SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and case management systems. • The solution should be able to ingest data from multiple sources, including publicly available web, news, blogs, and forums, as well as social media platforms and multimedia content. • The solution should have advanced AI/ML models, including domain-specific models and large language models. • The solution should be able to provide real-time or near-real-time alerting with minimal latency. • The solution should have configurable alert thresholds and geospatial filtering. • The solution should be able to integrate with SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and case management systems. • The solution should have role-based access control and SSO (SAML/OIDC). • The solution should be FedRAMP-ready or have federal cloud deployment options.
