The City of Lincoln is seeking qualifications from service providers for a Master Agreement for Hydro Excavation, Grease & Debris Removal and Pumping Services. The agreement will cover both scheduled and emergency services, and contractors will be required to maintain adequate resources and availability to meet both types of work. The scope of services includes grease removal from lift stations, potholing, media removal from biogas or other vessels, liquid transfer and pumping services, and confined space entry and cleaning. • The Master Agreement will be effective upon execution until July 31, 2026, with the option to renew for three additional one-year renewal terms. • Contracts may be awarded to more than one contractor. • The contractor must maintain insurance for the entire term of the contract, including all renewals. • The contractor must provide a detailed Quote Sheet for each project, including labor, materials, rentals, overhead, profit, licenses, fees, permits, and any other charges associated with the completion of the work. • The contractor must not deviate from the line items or terms in the established Quote Sheet. • The contractor will be paid based on the prices on the Quote Sheet, and the owner will verify that all invoiced costs do not exceed the prices on the Quote Sheet prior to approving payment.
