The USPFO ACTIVITY MTANG is seeking proposals for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide construction services, including maintenance, repair, and construction, in support of the National Guard throughout the State of Montana. The contract will have a five-year ordering period, with a total order capacity of $45 million. The primary purpose of the MATOC is to support the Montana Air National Guard Base located at the Great Falls International Airport. • The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. • The total order capacity shall not exceed $45,000,000.00. • The contract will be administered by the awarding Contracting Office, USPFO for MT (Purchasing and Contracting). • Individual Task Orders will be awarded and administered by federally appointed contracting officers. • The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, materials, expertise, and supervision necessary for various maintenance, repair, and construction task orders. • The Government intends to award contracts to all qualified offerors, with the contracting officer reserving the right to set-aside individual task orders for other socio-economic programs.
