The monitor should be a CombiM TC Monitoring System with sensor 54 (tcCO2), including a base unit, CombiM module, blind modules, battery power cord, and operator's manual. The contract also includes the annual warranty and TCM Sensor 54 (tcpCO2). • The contractor must provide the equipment and services in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the equipment and services provided. • The contractor must provide training and support for the equipment and services provided. • The contractor must comply with the Department of Veterans Affairs' policies and procedures.
