The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking a contractor to renovate Building 107 at the Charlestown Navy Yard in Boston, MA. The project involves a complete renovation of the three-story, 60,000SF masonry structure, including building envelope work consistent with historic standards and full interior renovation to repurpose the building for multi-departmental office occupancy. The contractor will be responsible for all provisions, including MEPS and HVAC systems. The project will pursue LEED certification. • The building will be unoccupied during the renovation project. • The contractor must provide a project management plan, including a critical path method (CPM) schedule. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects, including renovations of historic buildings. • The contractor must have a strong past performance record, including successful management of projects, customer satisfaction, and adherence to contract documents and budget. • The contractor must have key personnel with experience and qualifications to perform their respective responsibilities and functions at a highly competent and professional level.
