The Village of Port Chester is seeking a qualified firm to develop a master plan for Abendroth Park. The selected firm will be responsible for creating a comprehensive plan that meets the needs of the community. The scope of work includes master planning only, and no engineering services are required. The Village staff will lead the stakeholder meetings, with the consultant presenting and preparing drawings and other materials. The project does not have an anticipated design or construction budget at present time, and funding is in the process of being secured. • The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the RFP number and title. • The proposal must include a hard copy original and an electronic copy on a USB drive. • The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award to the most qualified proposal. • The selected firm will be required to provide insurance and may be required to provide training. • The Village will accept questions regarding the RFP until August 22, 2025.
