The intent of this bid document is to cover the reconditioning of painted surfaces on pad-mounted transformers, switchgears, bollards and other services outlined herein, for the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida d/b/a Beaches Energy Services, for a period of one (1) year, with an option to renew the purchase order for two (2) additional one-year extensions, for a maximum of three (3) years, if mutually agreeable by both parties and under the same terms and conditions as the original Agreement, including any Amendments and Revisions thereto, unless otherwise modified by mutual agreement of City of Jacksonville Beach and Contractor.
