Description:
The NASA Langley Research Center is seeking a vendor to supply 200,000 pounds of virgin (unused) 1,1,1,2 Tetrafluoroethane (R-134a) refrigerant. The refrigerant must conform to the ARI-700 standard for new refrigerants. The vendor will be required to deliver the refrigerant to the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. The contract will be awarded on a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" basis.
