The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a quotation for the provision of an ABB brand-name Spectroradiometer (Part # MR304SC), telescope (Part # SMY06), and associated software. The delivery of the items shall be within 52 weeks after receipt of the order, and the delivery terms shall be FOB Destination. The evaluation will be conducted using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable process. The quotation shall include the solicitation number, FOB destination to NASA Glenn Research Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. • The quotation shall be submitted electronically via email to the designated contact persons. • The quotation shall include all costs, including shipping, to deliver the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). • The offeror shall comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations. • The offeror shall provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
