The USPFO for South Carolina intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to renovate and enlarge a corrosion control facility at McEntire JNGB. The scope of this project will consist of a properly sited and configured Corrosion Control Facility supporting 24 PAA F-16 aircraft. The key aspects of the project include: • Renovating and enlarging the existing corrosion control facility • Adding a new facility with compatible architecture • Reconfiguring existing interior spaces, mechanical, electrical systems, and modified latrines • Replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems • Improving the electrical distribution system • Replacing roof systems • Using local materials and construction techniques where cost-effective The contract duration will be 480 days, and the project is set aside 100% for Small Business.
