The City of Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide street tree removal services. The contract will be for one year, with the possibility of renewal. The contractor will be responsible for removing designated trees, including the stump, and performing stump grinding services. The contractor must have experience in arboriculture and have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be awarded based on factors such as pricing, ability to comply with specifications, and quality of previous work. • The contractor must have an arborist's certificate and sufficient personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must provide references and a list of equipment. • The contract will be for a maximum of $150,000. • The contractor will be paid based on the actual number of removals and/or stumps done. • The contractor must redo any work that is not done satisfactorily at no additional cost to the Owners.
